Eye Doctor in the Morning!

Jadyn has an eye doctor appointment in the morning. He goes by who signs in first & see's like 90 patients a day. He's the only pediatric eye doctor in the state. We make an 8:00 appointment but we get there at 7:30 so we are the first ones to sign in. That means I have to wake up really early to get showered & ready & then get Samaya ready & have her to school by 7:45 & I have to rush to the eye doc. He starts seeing patients at 7:30. We waited for over 3 hours at Jadyn's very first eye appointment. She had her cataract removal surgery & we were told to be at his office the next morning so he could check her eye. I asked then what was the earliest time we could be there. I wasn't gonna wait hours & hours & then have to worry about getting Samaya from school when we hadn't even been seen by the doctor yet. I hope her eye pressure is good this time. I've read about Glaucoma drops not working after a while. When she was diagnosed with Glaucoma, her pressure was 32. When she went back like 2 months ago, I wanna say it was 28. That's better than 32 but still not where we want it to be. Her eye has been getting swollen lately. I wonder sometimes if I get the drops in her eye. She squeezes her eye shut & turns her head & it's kinda hard for one person to to drops when you need an extra set of hands to hold her head still. I know her vision is getting better in her eye. Maybe he'll say she doesn't need a contact that is so strong. Anyway, hope it all goes good!!
